Francesca has always been passionate about communicating and storytelling using film and social media.
As an award-winning filmmaker, photographer and journalist she has worked for over 10 years connecting with audiences through a variety of forms.
In 2012, she teamed up with an American filmmaker to prove you can effectively create a film with a smartphone . She was then asked to speak about the project at an international filmmaking workshop run by MINA at Massey University.
She has also worked at Whitieria's Wellington Media Centre as a journalism, social media and web editing instructor.
More recently she entered the 48 Hours Film Compeitition, creating a short film entirely on her smartphone.
She is immersed in the digital world utilising social media platforms to effectively communicate with and engage local and global audiences.
Francesca now brings her passion and enthusiasm for digital media and storytelling to teaching others.
